Where do you ship to?

We ship to almost every country in the world and we offer FREE shipping on most items in our store.

How long will it take to get my order?

Some countries are faster than others. It depends on where you are located and how far you are from our logistic partners’ warehouse. It takes around 2 to 3 days for us to process your order for shipping.

Once it is shipped, the arrival time will be:

Japan, Korea, Hong Kong, Singapore and Taiwan: 5 to 12 Business Days.

US & Canada, Australia, New Zealand, The Netherlands, and Germany: 9 to 14 Business Days.

Other Western European Countries: 8 to 15 Business Days.

Other countries: 14 to 20 Business Days

Will I be charged additional customs fees or import taxes?

Base on information we were given by our shipping partners, the most likely case is the custom fee & duty can be avoided in the following countries: United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, countries in the European Union, Norway, Japan, Korea, and Singapore. Anywhere else, we have to check with our shipping agent. We try our best to help you minimize custom fees and taxes but sometimes there is that one unlucky package.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you find yourself in the situation where you want to cancel the order, please let us know- contact our customer support at support@luxmum.com - within 24 hours. Otherwise there is a possibility the order gets to be processed and shipped.

Do you have a store where I can see and touch the products?

Unfortunately, we do not have physical shops yet, we are an online shop only.

How can I track my orders?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Please allow 48 to 72 hrs for the link to show any information. The tracking links may not update but the package is still on its way once it has left the warehouse.
